My work sits at the intersection of enterprise strategy and architecture — modernising complex technology estates, navigating major technology choices and harnessing AI responsibly while balancing resilience, regulation, cost and long-term optionality.
How I think
Clarity before certainty.
I am most useful when the problem crosses organisational and technology boundaries — where there is no perfect answer, the consequences matter, and a decision still has to be made.
I value evidence, reversible decisions, practical experimentation and architecture that survives contact with delivery. I am less interested in prescribing a perfect future than in helping organisations preserve the ability to adapt as the future changes.
